Jeff Bice Operations Director, REIT Division -
Staffing
Jeff
brings to Pierpoint 30 years experience in the REIT and
construction industries.
Jeff´s career started in the United States Marine
Corps where his skills where firstly honed as a staffing
and operations professional.
During his 30 years of civilian tenure Jeff has been involved
in a myriad of projects involving safety, aesthetic preservation
and longevity campaigns for the private sector. He has acted
in many roles from individual contributor to Director of
operations.
Jeff will continue to set the overall Pierpoint operational
direction for the United States, Asia and Latin America.
Lou Hiers Vice
President of Sales and Marketing
Lou Hiers
is a seasoned sales veteran with over 20 years of experience
the last 7 of which have been focused on the Human Capital
Management industry providing recruiting solutions to Fortune
1000 companies at an enterprise level. Previously Lou held
the position of National Sales Director for a leading business
and technology consulting firm in their workforce applications
practice. Prior to that Lou was the Vice President of Sales
and Marketing for Advanced HR Solutions and was instrumental
in the acquisition of the firm by Equifax, one of the three
largest American credit agencies.
Lou will have overall responsibility for sales and marketing
for Pierpoint U.S., Latin American and European practices.
